Safety concerns involving solo flights

In 2024 two student pilots involved in a helicopter crash at Fort Novosel. While the crash was not fatal, the students did walk away with minor injuries. The safety concern that I have with this incident is whether the student pilots are being trained effectively to conduct solo flights with such little hours and no Instructor Pilot in the aircraft. You barely have 50 flight hours at the phase of training these students were in. Conducting solo flights with little to zero experience raises a lot of safety concerns. That phase of training has since been eliminated from US Army flight school.

FAA administrator

 According to Merriam, the definition of ethics is "the principles of conduct governing an individual or a profession." Currently the head of the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is under for violating the ethical agreement in his contract. The administrator pledged to sell all his shares in Republic Airways within 90 days of assuming his position. The deadline has since been exceeded by more than 150 days and the sale has yet to take place. I can see how this is a complete conflict of interest. A former CEO of an airline is now the CEO of the FAA. The administrator can partake in some really shady business to assure the success in a company he still holds shares in.
